Information, Terms & Conditions

Needed Touch Credit (similar to package discounts):

Customers purchasing a Pay in Advance Needed Touch store credit of $500 or more will receive 20 % discount off the purchase price. The credit may be for used any Needed Touch service (not products) and does not expire.
You or anyone you choose (friends, family, partners, spouses, etc.) may use your credits. Please provide Needed Touch with the individuals who you authorize to use your credits at the time of purchase or anytime before the services are provided.
Sorry, no refunds will be given on any unused credit (full or partial).
The store credit discount is applied for the purchase of a store credit paid in advance of the services as one transaction at point in time. Unfortunately, individual services purchased as separate transactions do not qualify for the discount.
You may choose any services and the standard published rate for that service will be subtracted from your store credit when the service is complete.
Additional published discounts will not apply (unless the discount is greater that 20% at which point the additional discount in excess of 20% will be applied)

Example:

Tomorrow you decide you want to purchase $600 worth of massages.

You would pay $480 ($600 - 20%), but your store credit would be $600.

Then for each massage or Reiki treatment, whether 30 minutes,1 hour or 1 ½ hours we would deduct from your credit at the standard rate for that service.

Gift Certificates:

Customers purchasing five (5) or more Needed Touch gift certificates at one time will receive a 20% discount.
Gift Certificates have no expiry date - unless specifically noted on the certificate(s) - and are issued for specific Needed Touch services, not dollar amounts.
Sorry, no refunds will be given on any unused Needed Touch gift certificates. Lost or stolen gift certificates may not be replaced.
Gift Certificates purchased individually or in quantities of less than five at any one time do not qualify for the 15% discount. In addition, Gift Certificates purchased individually or in quantities of less than five at any one time, but greater than five over time, do not qualify for the 20% discount.
